Living with any consistency as a Creator takes discipline and practice.  As somatic psychologist, Dr. Sharon Stanley, alludes to in one of her TED* videos, making the shift between the Victim and Creator orientations actually involves developing new neuropathways in our brain.

One of the primary ways of developing those new pathways is through repetition and deep reflection. That is what the “Seven Daily Practices” for applying The Power of TED* has been developed for – to give some simple (but not always easy) – tips for daily focus.

Originally written as the September, 2008 “TED* Letter,” it is time to revisit them here (and I, personally, can use the reminder!).

So, beginning with the next “TED* Thoughts” post, I will take each of the daily practices and expound a bit on each one.
